I thoroughly enjoyed the room; it was well-organised and came with climate control and closet space. the location was central and stunning in the Berkshire area. - Easily reached Burger King, located relatively near the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Size and comfort of room (including whirlpool!). Staff were extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner and contacting airline on our behalf. Voted best stay of our 2 weeks in New England and Niagra Falls

Having accepted the lack of any dining facilities (this was not made apparent when booking) have no other negative comments (the lift was a bit slow!)

Special kudos for the great service by the young lady that checked us in at the front desk. She was very, very helpful with our many questions.

Cozy bed, room was really nice with a fancy jacuzzi. Great spot - close to everything we wanted to go. 🛀

The breakfast and the space for breakfast were both terrific. I liked being able to return from the Tanglewood Concert and enjoy coffee with a friend in a nice setting. Also great waffle making.

The low rating on location above is not really for the location but the signage. Usually your hotels are very visible but this one was behind the trees (nice for the Berkshires) but a bit difficult to find the entrance.

The room was good-sized and well laid out, with hot tubs. Friendly check-in and late check-out. - the pool was very clean and a great place to relax. - the location was magnificent and perfect for my needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to museums and churches. The breakfast buffet was a good assortment of cold and hot breakfast foods. The coffee was great. Relaxing in indoor pool at end of day was wonderful. The room was very new, clean and roomy.

The hotel is nicely decorated and fairly clean. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There are beautifully maintained rooms with reasonably spacious bathrooms.

Since the hotel is hidden behind trees and back from main road a more visible sign would be helpful at entrance from the busy road.

The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food, the room was new and had a spacious bathroom, and the location was great for the James Taylor concert on July 4th.

A lovely clean room with value for money

Magnificent location, it was adjacent to several excellent restaurants and local supermarkets and shops for a variety of things. It also was to the centre of old Lenox.
